Artmarket.com: Resolutions adopted at the General Meeting

The Ordinary General Meeting of Artmarket.com was held on September 15, 2025, under the chairmanship of Thierry Ehrmann. At this event, a quorum representing more than 31% of the shares and 47% of the voting rights was reached. The proposed resolutions were unanimously approved by the shareholders present.

CLEON MARTIN BROICHOT et Auditeurs was appointed statutory auditor, replacing BDO Rhône-Alpes until the end of the term in 2028. VIJI Audit et Conseils, the resigning alternate auditor, was not replaced. The total number of voting rights was 8,760,325 at the date of the Meeting.
