Arverne Group and Hydro Energy Invest AS conclude share swap
On October 10, 2025, Arverne Group, France's leading provider of geothermal solutions, completed a strategic share swap with Hydro Energy Invest AS. This transaction strengthens Arverne's position within its subsidiary, Lithium de France. Hydro Energy Invest AS contributed 474,753 Lithium de France shares in exchange for 2,232,288 new Arverne shares, valued at €22,322,880. This contribution gives Hydro Energy Invest AS the potential to influence Arverne's board of directors.
Following this exchange, Arverne's shareholding structure has changed, with Hydro Energy now holding 5.31% of the capital. Arverne now holds 73.8% of Lithium de France's capital. This development confirms Arverne's strategy of developing renewable energy and critical metals in France.
