Asana Partners and Norges Bank Investment Management Collaborate on U.S. Retail Venture
Asana Partners has officially partnered with Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) to establish Asana Partners Strategic Partners I (APSP I). This new venture aims to invest in high-quality neighborhood retail assets across the United States, including grocery-anchored centers, unanchored centers, street retail, and mixed-use assets.
With an initial equity commitment of $500 million from NBIM, the partnership will focus on properties in markets with strong demographics and durable tenant demand. The venture seeks opportunities for long-term value creation within these prime areas.
The collaboration also includes a 50% interest in a portfolio of premium, grocery-anchored centers in significant growth markets. Asana Partners views this strategic partnership as expanding their ability to exploit promising investment opportunities nationwide.
