ASF Successfully Issues €500 Million Bond
Nanterre-based ASF has successfully issued a €500 million bond with an 8-year maturity, set to conclude in January 2034. The bond carries an annual coupon rate of 3.375%. The offering witnessed an oversubscription rate of nearly four times, highlighting the market's confidence in the company's credit standings. Standard & Poor's rates ASF at A- with a stable outlook, while Moody's assigns it an A3 rating with a similar outlook.
The issuance, conducted under ASF's EMTN programme, allows the company to prolong its average debt maturity under favorable conditions. This is particularly beneficial given the current credit market landscape. The joint bookrunners for this deal included prominent financial entities such as BNP Paribas, Natixis, BofA Securities, and others.
