Assembly Strengthens European Leadership with Strategic Hires

Assembly, a Stagwell media agency, has announced the appointment of three industry veterans, James Northway, David Ayre, and Bav Panchal. This move aims to enhance Assembly's capabilities in AI and data strategy, programmatic activation, and client leadership in Europe.

Northway joins as EVP, Global Head of AI and Data Strategy, bringing his expertise from Wavemaker. Ayre, the new Europe Head of Programmatic, and Panchal, Europe Managing Partner, both come with significant industry experience, further bolstering Assembly’s European presence.

The hires are part of Assembly’s strategy to meet growing client demand for integrated brand performance solutions. The agency is investing in its STAGE AI Experience Engine and Brand Performance Planning strategic product to drive growth.
