Assystem Delays 2026 Half-Year Financial Results Announcement
Assystem S.A. has announced a delay in the publication of its 2026 half-year financial results. The release, initially set for September 15, 2026, has been postponed due to a delay in Expleo Group's review of its financial statements. The new date for the announcement will be communicated soon.
The delay stems from Expleo Group's negotiations earlier this year. Expleo aimed to amend and extend the senior credit facilities of Expleo Services SAS, including extending maturity dates by 2.5 years. This adjustment requires asset disposals by September 30, 2026, to repay €70 million of debt.
As the amending process is not yet effective, auditors cannot complete their work. Any accounting impacts will be reflected in Assystem's financial statements upon eventual publication.
