Atari Completes its Re-domiciliation in Luxembourg
On July 7, 2026, Atari finalized its re-domiciliation, moving from France to Luxembourg. This legal transformation into a Luxembourg public limited company took effect on July 6, 2026. This change aims to provide Atari with greater operational flexibility to support its long-term strategic growth. Luxembourg offers a favorable legal and regulatory framework for international companies operating in Europe.
This change does not affect Atari's business operations or its listing on Euronext Growth Paris. Dissenting shareholders have the option to sell their shares at a price of €24 each. The acquisition of these shares must be completed by September 6, 2026.
