Atari has announced its financial results for the fiscal year 2025-26, reporting a 66% year-on-year increase in revenue to €56 million. This marks the third consecutive year of revenue growth and the highest revenue levels in over a decade.
The company's gross margin increased to €32.5 million, representing 73% of total revenue. Atari also reported a positive net income of €0.1 million compared to a net loss of €12.6 million in the previous year. Operating income improved to €3.9 million, excluding impacts from Thunderful, a recent acquisition that affected consolidated results.
Key achievements include the release of 30 games and significant expansion through acquisitions, namely Thunderful, Implicit Conversions, and Hipster Whale. The purchase of Thunderful, a Swedish publisher, contributed €11.8 million to Atari's total revenue. The company's successful ventures in licensing and hardware, such as the Atari 2600+ PAC-MAN Edition, bolstered its growth.
