ATEME: Status of Voting Rights and Shares as of February 28, 2026

On March 2, 2026, Ateme published a statement regarding the total number of voting rights and shares constituting its share capital as of February 28, 2026. The total number of shares is 11,589,964. The theoretical voting rights are set at 13,690,010, while the exercisable voting rights amount to 13,679,453. This includes shares with voting rights as well as those without such rights.

It should be noted that Ateme's bylaws do not require any additional threshold crossings beyond the legal thresholds. The calculation of theoretical voting rights follows Article 223-11 of the AMF regulations, taking into account all shares, including those without effective voting rights.
