Ateme's 2024 Universal Registration Document Available
On April 25, 2025, Ateme announced the filing of its Universal Registration Document (DEU) for the 2024 financial year with the Autorité des marchés financiers. This document, numbered D.25-0303, includes the annual financial report for the year ending December 31, 2024. It contains various reports, including the annual accounts, the management report, and the corporate governance report.
Among other information, the document addresses the remuneration policy for corporate officers and the share buyback program. The DEU is available on the Ateme and AMF websites, as well as at the company's head office.
