ATON Invests €500K in Bcell Design for its Commercial Expansion

The ATON Group, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, has announced a new investment of €500,000 through its investor BEORA. This 21st tranche involves 200 bonds redeemable in shares (ORA), each with a value of €2,500. The entire amount is earmarked for Bcell Design, a subsidiary specializing in the development of monoclonal antibodies for in vitro diagnostics.

This financial support aims to strengthen Bcell Design's commercial capabilities in France and internationally. In parallel, existing Bcell Design shareholders have contributed an additional €400,000. The objective is to enhance the commercial value of Bcell Design's technological platforms, while simultaneously establishing partnerships with university hospitals to validate its innovative solutions.
