ATOSS Software SE Announces Dividend and Leadership Transition
ATOSS Software SE held its AGM on April 30, 2026, in Munich. The company announced a dividend of EUR 2.28 per share, reflecting its commitment to shareholder returns. Despite a volatile economic environment, ATOSS forecasted revenues of approximately EUR 215 million for 2026, with an increased EBIT margin of at least 34%.
The AGM also marked a pivotal leadership transition. Founder and CEO Andreas Obereder plans to shift to the Supervisory Board by the end of 2026. Pritim Kumar Krishnamoorthy, the current COO, is set to succeed him as CEO. Krishnamoorthy has been with ATOSS since 2020 and played a crucial role in strategic areas like cloud transformation and product strategy.
This transition aims to ensure stability and continued growth for ATOSS. Obereder will remain involved, contributing his entrepreneurship to the Supervisory Board after the transition. This strategic shift aligns with ATOSS's vision for future success.
