Aubay's 2026 Half-Year Results Show Significant Growth
Aubay has reported a 30.8% increase in revenue for the first half of 2026, reaching €351,850K. The company's operating profit from ordinary activities rose by 37.9% to €26.6 million, resulting in a margin of 7.5%. This growth was driven by robust sales momentum and the integration of Solutec. Net income attributable to owners increased by 22.9% to €17.2 million, with earnings per share at €1.36, up 23.6% from the previous year.
International operations performed particularly well, with profitability reaching 8.6%, significantly aided by strong results in Italy. French operations saw margins at 6.9%, nearly reaching pre-Solutec acquisition levels. Aubay ended the half-year with net cash of €44.3 million, though this was a decrease from the year-end figure due to business growth and investments.
The company also announced an interim dividend of €0.70 per share, payable on November 10, 2026. Aubay reaffirmed its raised objectives for 2026, targeting revenue between €695 million and €705 million and an operating margin of 9% to 10%.
