Aureum Exploration Completes IPO and Begins Trading on CSE
Aureum Exploration Inc. has successfully closed its initial public offering, issuing 5,359,500 common shares at $0.10 each, garnering gross proceeds of $539,950. The shares were offered through a prospectus filed with securities commissions in Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario. The offering was managed by Haywood Securities Inc. as per an agreement dated March 10, 2026. Aureum compensated the agent with fees totaling $63,013.50 and 265,760 non-transferable warrants, exercisable until June 2028 at $0.10 per share.
Aureum's shares will begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol "AURM" from June 9, 2026. The proceeds from the IPO are allocated for exploration on the Tuition Gold Property, located in the Abitibi region of Quebec, Canada.
