AXA Announces Updated Share Capital and Voting Rights Information

On June 30, 2025, AXA reported a share capital consisting of 2,215,517,193 shares. The total number of voting rights attached to these shares was 2,660,602,324. This information aligns with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des marchés financiers.

AXA's bylaws stipulate that any individual or group acquiring more than 0.5% of the company's share capital or voting rights must inform the company within five days. This requirement extends to indirect holdings via controlled companies. This notification must be made through a registered letter, detailing the shareholdings and any associated potential voting rights. Similar disclosure is required with every subsequent 0.5% threshold crossed, either upwards or downwards.
