AXA Publishes 2025 Universal Registration Document
AXA has announced the filing of its 2025 Universal Registration Document with the French Autorité des marchés financiers on March 19, 2026. The document includes the Annual Financial Report and the Corporate Governance Report. It is available in both French and English, at no cost, on AXA's website and the AMF's website.
In 2025, AXA reported IFRS17 revenues of €115.5 billion and underlying earnings of €8.4 billion. The company employs 156,000 people and serves over 92 million clients in 52 countries. AXA's ordinary shares are listed on Euronext Paris and its American Depository Shares trade on the OTC QX platform.
AXA is actively involved in sustainable initiatives, being part of indices like the Dow Jones Sustainability Index and FTSE4GOOD. The company is a founding member of UNEP FI Principles for Sustainable Insurance and supports UN Principles for Responsible Investment.
