Axo Copper Corp. to Rebrand as Axo Metals Corp.
Axo Copper Corp., listed as TSXV:AXO, has announced an upcoming change to its company name. Effective May 1, 2026, the company will operate under the name "Axo Metals Corp." following shareholder approval at a Special Meeting on April 27, 2026. Despite the name change, the company's ticker symbol will remain unchanged.
The company's CUSIP and ISIN for common shares will also be updated. This change does not alter the company's share structure or shareholder rights, and no action is needed from shareholders. Existing share and warrant certificates remain valid.
