Axo Copper Initiates Drill Program at San Antonio Project

Axo Copper Corp., a Canadian mineral exploration company, announced plans for advanced exploration at its San Antonio project in Sonora, Mexico. Following the project's acquisition, Axo aims to enhance resource confidence and uncover new deposits.

The company plans a comprehensive drill program, divided into two main parts: expanding existing resources and exploring new targets. Initial drilling will focus on the Sapuchi deposit. Axo's plan for Sapuchi targets infill and resource expansion with a 25,000-meter drill plan underway.

Axo's exploration includes the El Tigre zone, characterized by oxidation and promising historic workings. Plans have been set for first drilling in mid-March. Meanwhile, the company continues drilling at its La Huerta project in Jalisco, finding substantial copper mineralization.
