Paris, September 7, 2026 – 74Software has disclosed its recent activity in repurchasing shares as previously authorized by the Combined General Meeting of May 19, 2026. From August 31 to September 4, 74Software acquired a total of 1,400 shares.
On September 4, 2026, 74Software completed the purchase of these shares at a weighted average price of €39 per share, amounting to a total transaction value of €54,600. The buyback was conducted on the XPAR market.
The transactions were carried out through the financial intermediary Crédit Industriel et Commercial. This activity aligns with European Regulation No 596/2014 directives on financial transactions transparency.
