Aztec Minerals Advances Gold-Silver Exploration at Tombstone, Arizona
Aztec Minerals Corp. has announced promising results from nine drill holes (TR26-45 to TR26-53) at its Tombstone Property in Arizona. The new findings reveal oxide gold-silver mineralization in all holes, extending the known mineralized zone 190 meters to the west. This expansion aligns with previous findings, showing potential for further resource development.
Highlights include Hole TR26-45, which intersected 115.8 meters averaging 0.52 g/t gold and 8.11 g/t silver, with higher-grade sections reaching 1.49 g/t gold. Similarly, Hole TR26-51 showed strong intervals, including 7.6 meters averaging 1.84 g/t gold and 35.64 g/t silver. These results confirm the system's continuity and potential.
A maiden Mineral Resource Estimate is expected in November 2026, incorporating results to drill TR26-44, with additional assays pending. These insights will guide future exploration efforts in 2027.
