Aztec Minerals Corp Expands Drill Program at Tombstone Project, Arizona

Aztec Minerals Corp has announced significant findings from its ongoing drilling program at the Tombstone Property in Southeastern Arizona. The results from the reverse circulation (RC) drilling reveal substantial mineralization, with drillhole TR25-26 intersecting 48.6 meters averaging 133.1 grams per tonne (gpt) AgEq from the surface. Additional highlights include TR25-24 intersecting 152.4 meters averaging 36.32 gpt AgEq.

The company has expanded the drilling program by 3,500 meters, bringing the total to 12,000 meters, due to promising results showing continuity of oxidized Ag-Au mineralization. The program includes 9,500 meters of RC and 2,500 meters of core drilling. Eight of nine RC drill holes intersected mineralization, indicating expansion potential to the west, east, and at depth.

The Tombstone project's drilling strategy aims to expand known mineralization and test new targets in the Westside Area. The project continues to demonstrate potential for broad, bulk-tonnage gold-silver mineralization.
