Baader Bank to Extend Trading Hours to 23 Hours a Day in 2027
Baader Bank has announced plans to extend its trading hours to 23 hours a day, Monday through Friday, starting in Q1 2027. This move, announced by CEO Oliver Riedel, is part of the bank's ongoing expansion of its 'Baader Trading' platform. The extended hours will replace the current schedule of 07:30 to 23:00, while Saturday over-the-counter trading will remain from 14:00 to 19:00.
The initiative aims to cater to the growing demand for flexible market access, especially during off-peak hours. Initially, the service will cover a selected range of domestic and international equities and ETFs. This extension is designed to enhance Baader Bank's competitive edge and better serve investor needs by allowing more immediate responses to global market developments.
CEO Oliver Riedel highlighted the strategic benefits of this expansion, emphasizing the bank's commitment to delivering advanced technological solutions and innovative market access. Details about the '23-5' launch will be provided soon.
