Bafin Completes Audit of Mutares' 2023 Financial Statements

On June 30, 2026, Bafin concluded its audit of Mutares SE & Co. KGaA's 2023 financial statements. The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority found no objections in the combined management and consolidated management reports. However, it noted the lack of a disclosure regarding the remaining term of receivables from affiliated companies in the 2023 statements. This has since been rectified in the 2024 and 2025 financial reports.
