Ecoslops Reports 2025 Turnover Growth
Ecoslops SA announced a 5% increase in consolidated turnover for 2025, reaching €12.0 million from €11.5 million in 2024. Ecoslops Portugal saw its Port Services grow by 16% to €3.2 million, while its Refined Products witnessed a modest 1% increase to €8.9 million. This limited growth in refined products was mainly due to a fall in oil prices and the US dollar in 2025, with the average price of Brent crude dropping from £73.8/bbl in 2024 to £60.7/bbl in 2025.
Despite this, the Sines unit increased production by 18% and sales by 14%, selling 22,760 tonnes of refined products. Ecoslops has transformed over 230,000 tonnes of petroleum waste since 2015, achieving certifications for quality, environmental management, and health and safety in 2025. The group's cash position at year-end was €5.2 million, with net debt slightly decreasing to €11.9 million.
