Banyan Gold Identifies Extensive Silver Targets at AurMac in Yukon
Banyan Gold Corp. has announced the discovery of new high-grade silver intervals at its AurMac Project in Yukon, Canada. Target areas for Keno-style silver mineralization have been identified in the Powerline and Airstrip deposits, exploring potential larger vein systems.
The company reported notable silver intersections across three zones. Highlights include findings from Silver Zone 1, which featured 242 g/t Ag over 1.54m and Silver Zone 3 registering 340 g/t Ag over 1.5m. In Silver Zone 2, drill hole AX-25-749 revealed 185.70 g/t Ag over 4.0m.
Exploration efforts are aimed at expanding these targets and understanding their potential connectivity. Follow-up drilling is planned to confirm orientations and potential extensions.
The announcement aligns with Banyan's ongoing exploration strategy, focusing on discrete veins hosting silver mineralization and promising structural and lithologic boundaries.
