In 2024, Barbara Bui achieved a turnover of €12.4 million, recording a 3% increase despite an uncertain environment. The group continued its growth with an improvement in gross margin, which reached 75%, a gain of 3 percentage points compared to the previous year.

Barbara Bui's operating performance improved significantly, with a positive net profit attributable to the Group at 246,000 euros, compared to a loss of 932,000 euros in 2023. The operating profit, although still negative at 165,000 euros, shows a clear improvement compared to the previous year.

The outlook for 2025 includes debt restructuring, accompanied by an active search for a financial partner. A continuation plan is being prepared, aimed at exiting the receivership proceedings, the observation of which has been extended until July 4, 2025.
