Barclays crosses threshold in Worldline's capital

Barclays Plc announced in a letter received on December 12, 2025, that it had crossed above the 5% threshold of Worldline's share capital on December 9, 2025. Barclays now holds 14,200,217 shares, representing 5.001% of the share capital and 4.32% of the voting rights of Worldline.

This acquisition resulted from an off-market transaction and an increase in shares held by assimilation. In addition, Barclays Capital Securities Limited also individually crossed this threshold. Furthermore, Barclays holds financial contracts linked to an additional 9,829,369 shares in various forms, such as swaps or rights to recall.
