Bassac is recording an increase in its turnover in 2025

In 2025, Bassac recorded a turnover of 1,488 million euros, an increase of 6% compared to 2024. This increase is mainly due to the increase in real estate development activities, both in France and abroad.

Bookings, however, declined slightly by 1%, reaching €1,848 million, due to a decrease in international bookings. The order book increased by 5% to €2,188 million, representing approximately 18 months of future activity.

Bassac's land portfolio also saw significant growth, increasing by 10% to reach €10,610 million. This represents approximately seven years of potential activity.

Despite the decline in some sectors, the company maintained stable visibility thanks to these positive indicators.
