Bassac plans to acquire Financière Ramsès I

On December 18, 2025, Bassac announced it had entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire 100% of the share capital of Financière Ramsès I, the parent company of the automotive maintenance group Feu Vert. Founded in 1972, Feu Vert is a major player in the sector in France, with a presence also in Spain and Portugal. The group combines maintenance services and parts sales, with a turnover of €663 million for the 2024-2025 financial year.

The acquisition would be made from the investor Alpha Private Equity, with completion expected in the first quarter of 2026, subject to the necessary regulatory approvals. Feu Vert employees and their representatives will be informed and consulted on the project.
