Le Groupe Bastide cède Baywater Healthcare au Groupe Sapio
Le Groupe Bastide a annoncé la vente de sa filiale britannique, Baywater Healthcare, au Groupe Sapio. Baywater, leader de l'assistance respiratoire au Royaume-Uni, a doublé son chiffre d'affaires depuis 2018, atteignant près de 60 M€ en 2025. Cette vente s'inscrit dans la stratégie de désendettement de Bastide, qui prévoit ainsi de réduire son levier financier sous 3x, contre 3,48x fin 2024.
Pour Sapio, cette acquisition est une étape importante de son plan "Inspire", visant à renforcer sa présence dans le secteur de la santé en Europe. Les autorisations nécessaires sont attendues pour le troisième trimestre 2025.
