Bastide Group: Sustained growth despite the VPH reform
On May 13, 2026, the Bastide Group announced positive momentum for the first nine months of fiscal year 2025-2026, with a 7.0% increase in revenue, including 7.2% organic growth, reaching €391.9 million. Home healthcare services saw growth of 8.5%, despite a price reduction for sleep apnea. The home care sector, meanwhile, posted growth of 5.2% after experiencing the temporary impact of the VPH reform, which shifted rental contracts towards a sales model for wheelchairs for people with disabilities.
The respiratory and nutrition-perfusion activities posted solid organic growth of +10.2% and +6.5% respectively. Bastide maintains its 2025-2026 forecast, with expected revenue of at least €510 million, despite a context of reorganization and potential asset disposals.
