Bastide wins a major respiratory assistance contract in the United Kingdom

The Bastide company has announced that it has been chosen by the NHS as the exclusive supplier of respiratory assistance for the East of England region. This contract, with an annual value of 10 million euros, has an initial duration of 7 years, with the possibility of extension up to 10 years.

Since the acquisition of Baywater Healthcare in 2018, Bastide has been expanding its presence in the UK home respiratory support market. This new success brings to five the number of regions in the United Kingdom where Baywater Healthcare is the exclusive operator. This expansion helps to consolidate its leading position in this field in the United Kingdom, serving more than 37,000 patients and generating an annual turnover of €50 million.

The company anticipates further growth opportunities, notably with the upcoming allocation of the London region, which could further strengthen its dominance in the UK market. This development is part of Bastide's strategy to focus on high-tech activities and expand its international presence.
