Bayhorse Silver Plans Brokered Offering for C$4 Million

Bayhorse Silver Inc. announced a partnership with Red Cloud Securities Inc. for a private placement of up to C$4,000,010. This involves selling up to 57,143,000 units at C$0.07 each. Each unit includes one common share and one warrant, enabling future purchase of a share at C$0.10 within 36 months of the closing date, expected on April 29, 2026.

An additional option allows Red Cloud to sell 14,286,000 more units, potentially raising an extra C$1,000,020. The proceeds aim to support Bayhorse's exploration projects in Idaho, including the Bayhorse Silver Mine and Pegasus Porphyry Copper Project, alongside covering general expenses.
