BE Resources Inc. Rebrands to Longview Capital (No. 1) Inc.
BE Resources Inc., a company listed on the TSXV under the symbol BER.H, has announced a name change to Longview Capital (No. 1) Inc. This rebranding will take effect on October 19, 2026, when the company's common shares are expected to begin trading under the new name. The trading symbol for the company will remain unchanged.
The company foresees no disruptions in trading activities as a result of this change. Nevertheless, the International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) and CUSIP numbers for the common shares will be updated to CA5432081027 and 543208102, respectively.
Importantly, there will be no consolidation of share capital, so current share certificates will still be valid, and shareholders need not exchange their shares. Shareholders can opt for a replacement certificate if desired but will not receive new certificates automatically.
