Swissnet Group Doubles Revenue and EBITDA in 1H 2025

Swissnet Group has reported a significant financial upturn in the first half of 2025. Revenues reached CHF 11.3 million, a 91% increase compared to CHF 5.9 million in the same period in 2024. EBITDA also doubled, rising to CHF 2.3 million from CHF 1.1 million. The company achieved a 27% organic revenue growth and a 69% increase in EBITDA on a like-for-like basis.

The strong performance is the result of the successful turnaround in 2024, enhanced by the acquisition of swissnet AG and other subsidiaries. The group's equity strengthened to CHF 15.5 million, with cash reserves at CHF 0.9 million, showcasing a robust financial position.

International expansion, particularly in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions, is underway. New contracts in the UAE and Singapore are boosting Swissnet's growth in these markets. The Group's dedication to ICT and AI innovations remains a driving force behind its expansion strategy.
