Beneteau: Details of Transactions in Own Shares
On March 30, 2026, Beneteau SA published a press release regarding its recent transactions in its own shares. These transactions took place over several days, between March 23 and 27, 2026, on the Paris Stock Exchange (XPAR).
On March 23, the company acquired 20,200 shares at an average price of €6.68. The following day, 21,000 shares were purchased at a slightly higher average price of €6.78. On March 25, Beneteau continued its acquisitions with 21,100 shares at €6.89.
On March 26, the average cost per share fell slightly to €6.70 for 21,300 shares. Finally, on March 27, a total of 21,000 shares were purchased at an average price of €6.63. These transactions illustrate Beneteau's commitment to managing its capital.
