BENETEAU lance un programme de rachat d'actions

La société BENETEAU annonce la mise en œuvre d'un programme de rachat d'actions en date du 19 juin 2026. Un prestataire de services d'investissement a été mandaté pour cette opération. L'objectif est d'acquérir un volume maximal de 400 000 actions BENETEAU.

Le prix maximal d'achat des actions ne dépassera pas les plafonds définis par l'Assemblée Générale. Les actions acquises serviront notamment à un futur programme d'attribution gratuite d'actions.
