Beneteau reveals its recent transactions in treasury shares
The Beneteau Group has announced its recent transactions in its own shares, carried out between April 7 and 10, 2026. This operation is part of its strategic capital management.
During this period, Beneteau repurchased a total of 75,800 shares. Daily purchases on the XPAR market amounted to 18,600, 18,800, and then, on two consecutive days, 19,200 shares. The daily purchase prices were €6.940, €7.210, €7.020, and €7.120 per share, respectively.
With these transactions, Beneteau continues to refine its capital structure. These operations reflect significant shifts in its overall financial strategy.
