Tarkett Group's Q3 2025 Performance: Organic Sales Down 1.6%
Tarkett's third quarter results reveal a challenging landscape with a 1.6% decline in organic sales compared to Q3 2024. Despite the overall downturn, North America stood out with a 2.2% growth, aided by timely shipments from logistics consolidations. Conversely, EMEA saw a 1.8% drop, attributed to a weak residential market. The CIS, APAC, and Latin America segment faced hurdles, particularly in CIS and Latin America, although Asia showed robust growth.
The Sports segment experienced a 1.1% organic decline, offset by acquired company contributions that led to a 4.6% revenue increase. Stable selling prices and a sluggish market, compounded by dollar weakness, pushed the group to adjust its 2025 EBITDA forecast to align with 2024 levels, lowering previous targets.
Looking ahead, the absence of short-term recovery signals in residential markets and the impact of a challenging macroeconomic environment remain concerns. The Group remains focused on structural cost reductions to adapt to the ongoing market dynamics.
