BIC Reports Share and Voting Rights as of January 2026

On February 5, 2026, BIC disclosed its total number of issued shares and voting rights as of January 31, 2026. The company has a total of 40,861,314 issued shares. These shares represent 57,596,535 voting rights. Excluding shares without voting rights, the total becomes 57,426,135 voting rights.
