BIGBEN INTERACTIVE: Monthly report on voting rights and shares
BIGBEN INTERACTIVE has published its figures for October 2025 concerning voting rights and share capital. The report, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), reveals that 18,547,970 shares comprise the company's share capital.
The total number of gross voting rights is 21,990,602. In terms of net voting rights, often adjusted for treasury shares or other restrictions, the company claims 21,952,590.
BIGBEN INTERACTIVE is listed on Euronext Paris Compartment B and is part of the CAC SMALL index. It is also eligible for the SRD long system, with ISN code FR0000074072, Reuters code BIGPA and Bloomberg code BIGFP.
