BIKE24 Achieves Record Quarter with 25% Revenue Growth
BIKE24 Holding AG has reported a record-breaking second quarter for 2025, attaining a 25% increase in revenue, reaching EUR 80 million. Notably, the company's adjusted EBITDA almost doubled to EUR 5.1 million, compared to EUR 2.7 million in Q2 2024. This marks the fifth consecutive quarter of year-over-year revenue and operating profit growth.
Growth was observed across all European markets, with the GSA region showing particular strength. Inventory levels remain stable despite the revenue surge, highlighting improved inventory-to-revenue ratios. Cost management initiatives are yielding results, seen in effective marketing and administration spending.
For 2025, BIKE24's revenue projection remains at EUR 248 to 261 million, with adjusted EBITDA expected between EUR 7.0 and EUR 12.1 million, targeting the higher range of the forecasts.
