Bilendi's Half-Yearly Liquidity Contract Review with Gilbert Dupont
On December 31, 2025, Bilendi closed the second half of the year with a liquidity account containing 24,066 shares and a cash balance of €181,750.11. Through the liquidity contract entrusted to the brokerage firm Gilbert Dupont, 53,455 shares were purchased during the half-year for a total amount of €1,048,367.01, spread across 2,026 transactions.
In parallel, 48,886 shares were sold for a total of €964,742.53, covering 1,686 transactions. As a reminder, the balance sheet as of June 30, 2025, showed 19,497 shares and a balance of €265,374.60. Since the contract's inception, the initial funds comprised 0 shares and €150,000 in cash.
