Binzhou: From traditional manufacturing to industrial intelligence

The city of Binzhou, located in Shandong Province, China, was recently selected as a pilot city for the new technological transformation of its manufacturing industry. This initiative will allow it to benefit from a national fund of up to 300 million yuan. Binzhou stands out for its industrial dynamism, hosting 37 of the 41 industrial categories and forming six major industrial clusters, with world-class production in sectors such as high-end aluminum and fine chemicals.

By 2025, Binzhou's industrial revenues had surpassed 1.06 trillion yuan, with profits reaching 77.73 billion yuan. The profit margin reached 7.3%, a significant figure for Shandong. The city continues its evolution toward smart manufacturing, supported by concrete and ambitious initiatives. As a result, Binzhou is making a strong contribution to regional and national economic growth, transforming itself into a model of advanced and sustainable industrial development.
