Binzhou unveils its master plan for the "Fifteenth Five-Year Term"

The city of Binzhou, China, recently presented its economic and social development plan for the period 2026-2030. This strategic plan was developed following an open and participatory consultation process involving various stakeholders in society. After 36 revisions, a final document comprising 16 chapters was published.

The plan identifies 528 key projects around five main characteristics, aiming to improve eight aspects of the city's quality: industry, innovation, openness, ecology, culture, services, governance and quality of life.

Binzhou aims to play a leading role in modernization with Chinese characteristics, focusing its efforts on innovation and the well-being of citizens for the next five years.
