Bio-Gate AG's First-Half 2026 Financial Results

Bio-Gate AG announced a revenue of 2.8 million euros for the first half of 2026, which reflects an 18% decline compared to last year's 3.4 million euros. This decline is attributed to changes in the product portfolio and organizational restructuring in the derma-cosmetics and wound care segments, leading to reduced order volumes from key customers. Despite these challenges, the Veterinary and Measurement Technology sectors experienced growth.

The company reported an EBIT loss of 927 TEUR, slightly higher than the previous year's 840 TEUR, but benefited from cost-saving measures already in place. The Executive Board anticipates a revenue recovery in 2027, leveraging a new scar treatment device set for market launch.

Bio-Gate AG adjusted its full-year 2026 forecast, expecting revenue between 6.0 and 6.9 million euros and an EBITDA ranging from -0.9 to -1.1 million euros. The reorganization is expected to continue yielding cost efficiencies, enhancing profitability.
