BIO-UV Group 2025 Annual Results and 2026 Outlook
BIO-UV Group, specializing in water treatment systems, recorded revenue of €35.9 million in 2025, a decrease of 9%. Despite this decline, EBITDA remained resilient at 12.3%, while net income increased to €0.8 million. The group also improved its cash position with a positive change of €6.3 million, continuing its debt reduction efforts.
For 2026, BIO-UV Group is targeting revenue between €38 million and €42 million, driven by growth in services and a recovery in export sales. The development of the Solutions division, particularly in aquaculture, is also expected. Furthermore, the financial structure has been strengthened with a €7.7 million capital increase.
