BIO-UV Group strengthens its sales force for the swimming pool sector
BIO-UV Group, a specialist in water treatment systems, announces the recruitment of four new sales managers in the swimming pool market. These recruitments aim to boost sales in France, where the sector is expected to see a return to positive momentum in 2026 after two years of decline. With 35 years of experience, BIO-UV Group seeks to strengthen its presence in this strategic market, the largest in Europe and the third largest worldwide.
The new managers, Lucas Dalmont, Julien Burban, Victor Trehout, and Paulo De Albuquerque, will be tasked with developing revenue and the client portfolio in several French departments. At the same time, Laurent Sampieri and Damien Bartzack have been promoted to regional sales managers to support this team.
This business strategy, including bringing sales forces in-house, will allow BIO-UV Group to better showcase its expertise to industry professionals. The team will also be present at the Piscine Global Europe trade show in Lyon in November 2026.
