BIO-UV Group's own share transactions in December 2025
From December 2 to 8, 2025, BIO-UV Group carried out several transactions as part of its share buyback program. Each day of that week saw a significant volume of transactions. On December 2, 514 shares were acquired at an average price of €1.5608. The daily volume peaked on December 3, with 3,686 shares purchased at €1.5756. On December 4 and 5, the group acquired 2,844 and 2,957 shares respectively, with slightly higher average prices. Finally, on December 8, 2,806 shares were purchased for €1.5875. These transactions took place on the Euronext Paris market.
