BioMérieux's Half-Yearly Review of Liquidity Contract
On July 2, 2026, bioMérieux published its half-year report concerning the liquidity contract managed by ODDO BHF. As of June 30, 2026, the liquidity account held 116,177 bioMérieux shares and €1,118,220. By comparison, as of December 31, 2025, it held 41,528 shares and €7,283,105. Initially, the contract began with 19,823 shares and €2,320,519.
During the first half of 2026, transactions encompassed 3,964 purchase operations for 777,444 shares and a total amount of €67,681,189. On the sales side, 3,683 transactions were recorded, covering 702,795 shares, for a total amount of €61,516,313.
